What we do with your waiting-list details
In short: we ask for your email and organisation so we can hold your place and write to you about ESOS Pilot. Nothing else happens automatically, we never sell it on, and we delete it after twelve months if you have not joined.
What you tell us
Work email
Required. How we contact you.
Organisation
Required. So we know who you represent.
Your name
Optional. Used to greet you properly.
Call preference and preferred days or times
Only if you tick the box asking for an introductory call.
Anything we should know
Optional free text, if you want to add context.
Why we ask
To hold your place on the waiting list, to send you a confirmation that you have registered, and to write to you personally about ESOS Pilot — including arranging your introductory call if you asked for one.
That is the whole use. Joining does not add you to a marketing list. You will not receive automatic newsletters, promotions, or third-party offers. After your confirmation, the next message is a personal note from us when places open up.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Twelve months from the day you register. If you have not joined ESOS Pilot by then, we delete your entry. If you ask us to remove you sooner, we do that instead — see below.
Where it is kept
Your entry is stored in a database on secured hosting, reachable only by the ESOS Pilot team and only by people who need it to reply to you. Access is controlled and the connection between your browser and this site is encrypted.
Your browser
This page does not place advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run third-party analytics. The service that delivers this page may record standard technical details, such as an IP address and browser type, to serve and protect it.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
Write to us at ESOS Pilot, Alacrity House, Kingsway, Newport, NP20 1HG and we will confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Replying to any email from us reaches the same team and works just as well.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK regulator.
If this changes
If we start using your details differently, we will update this page and say so plainly before it takes effect.
